Colette Nemni is the founder and principal of CNC Resolution Services, an organization focused on facilitating the resolution of workplace conflict. CNC Resolution Services specializes in conducting workplace investigations, workplace restoration interventions and workplace assessments. Colette has conducted workplace investigations and facilitated conflict resolution for close to 30 years in a wide variety of industries both unionized and non-unionized.
Colette’s legal training, HR experience at the C-Suite level and strong business acumen set her apart from other investigators and workplace restoration facilitators. When conducting a workplace investigation, Colette’s analysis and recommendations in any situation are founded in the law but grounded in her hands on knowledge of the practicality of running a business. Her easy-going style combined with a legal, systematic and detailed investigative approach consistently results in her getting to the root of the real problem and allowing a true meaningful resolution of workplace conflict.
